Paradise Green Smoothie Recipe Great for Gut Health

Yields: 2 servings


  • 2½ cups water
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime fresh lime juice


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide into glasses and enjoy!

Additional Info

Green smoothies taste different than your regular smoothies. You might need some time to get used to that new flavor. Adding some cucumber to the recipe could help your taste buds… And it will be worth it!
