Easy Recipe for Cantaloupe Flat Belly Bowl

This frozen fruit bowl is loaded with de-bloating potassium and antioxidant-rich vitamin C. Potassium is an essential mineral that helps our kidneys get rid of excess sodium in the body, which can result in reduced stomach bloat!

  • 1 C cantaloupe + ½ C melon balls from whole melon
  • 1 C frozen mango and peaches
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup nut milk of your choice


  1. In a good blender, add fruit, yogurt and milk. Blend until a semi-smooth. Note: this may take a couple times of stopping the blender mixing with a spoon and restarting it. The mixture should still hold its shape-resist the urge to add more liquid!
  2. Spoon into bowl and pop in the freezer for 3-4 minutes
  3. Next, use a melon baller to round out several cantaloupe balls.
  4. Remove bowl from freezer and top with cantaloupe balls and desired toppings. Enjoy!
