Yields: 2 servings


  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax oil
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao
  • 4 medjool dates


  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender (or food processor) and mix until smooth.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide into glasses and enjoy!


You can add a twist of flavor by adding mint, cinnamon or nutmeg, top your pudding with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, or coconut whipped cream. You can get really creative with the flavors but the best thing is, you won't have to skip chocolate and still nourish your body!
